okay, not so much a writing thing...

Okay today I am seriously going to start keeping this blog. I want it to be writing, but also random stuff. Basically, I have been very surprised about the styles as seen on The Voice UK. Some of them have been beautiful (thinking mainly of Bo) but some of them have been crazy! Such as this:

Maybe its fashionable but what a waste of a toule! Coupling it with a t-shirt that hardly fits, it didn't work for the song, neither does it work for her. She wore a more flowing dress the week before, which was better... but more horrendous is, I am sorry to say, Holly with this:

 its probably her stylists choice, but firstly, with this expression, simply talking and in view of the camera the heavy eyeliner does not work, especcially with this dress (which cuts off just below the knee). The oddly shaped under-top does not do much for her. It neither exentuates, nor displays her silhouette. Overall, I feel Paloma Faith's sparkle-dress from the same episode (results show 4) is better. I am not one to experiment with transparent fabrics so much, maybe I should more, but I feel this is a mistake.
So coming soon: an article of mine on fashion in The Voice UK. Should be fun!
